bkd33 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the bkd33 platform ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

These Terms apply to all services made available by bkd33, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, virtual games, promotional offers, and all related support services. bkd33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration and Security

Account registration is free and requires a valid mobile number, a chosen username, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bkd33 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or phone.

• You must provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration and update it promptly if your details change.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Sharing your credentials with any third party is prohibited.
• bkd33 may require identity verification (KYC) at registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any other time as required by our risk policies.
• bkd33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it believes, in its sole discretion, has been operated in breach of these Terms.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bkd33 customer support immediately via live chat. bkd33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bkd33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the supported mobile financial services listed on the Platform. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit is ৳300. The maximum deposit per transaction is subject to the limits displayed in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. bkd33 does not permit withdrawals to a different wallet or account.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• bkd33 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges applied by your mobile wallet provider are outside bkd33's control.
• bkd33 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if the account is under investigation for suspicious activity, KYC documents have not been submitted, or the relevant bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

All funds deposited into a bkd33 account must be the player's own funds. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or depositing funds derived from illegal activity, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bkd33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to the general rules below. In the event of any conflict between an individual promotion's terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable rollover is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• bkd33 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time without prior notice and to cancel a bonus already credited if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one per player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Creating additional accounts to claim multiple bonuses is prohibited.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are typically valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and remain subject to the applicable wagering requirement.
• Cash winnings from bonus play are only withdrawable once the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Any withdrawal request submitted while a rollover remains incomplete will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

• You must have sufficient cleared funds in your account to place a bet. bkd33 will not extend credit to any player under any circumstances.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, bkd33's decision shall be final, subject to the outcome of any formal complaint reviewed under our complaints procedure.
• bkd33 reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict access to specific markets or games, or void bets placed in error, at its sole discretion.
• All casino games available on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are independently determined and are not influenced by the Platform operator.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bkd33. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or glitches in any game or Platform functionality for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Collusion with other players or with any Platform employee for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.

bkd33 employs a range of fraud detection and anti-money-laundering procedures. All suspicious activity is logged and investigated. Where there is sufficient evidence of prohibited conduct, bkd33 will take all appropriate action, including legal action where necessary.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bkd33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if bkd33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bkd33 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. All games and betting services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits bkd33's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Amendments to These Terms
